Gaming mouse is too loud?

During this quarantine i noticed that since the streets are all empty and there isn't any noise, Just how loud gaming mice are and it's bothering the f* out of me. Are there any good silent gaming mouse under 60 dollars which are as good as their non silent competition? Current gaming mouse - razer deathadder elite.

Deathadder should be fairly quiet I had one and from what I remember the clicking action was rather smooth and quiet on it...maybe if it's old and used a lot it got loud?
