Hi all!

So i really know there are a lotttt "AIO Liquid Cooling" topics all over the internet, even on this forum. And also a lot of questions have been asked already. But still I just can make a decision so i thought, okay maybe you can help me out here.

I am planing the build a system with a R5 3600 or a R7 3700X (still doubting about that one as well, but that's a different story). This will most likely be put on a "Asus ROG Strix X570-E Gaming" board.

As you already expected i would like to RGB water cool it :)

But now to keep a long story short, i've found 3 AIO solutions which keep getting my attention and here is why per cooler:

1. Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240P MIRAGE

  • The most simple reason for this is because it supports "ASUS Aura Sync", which of course makes life easier in terms of RGB.
  • Fan noise should be not to loud and cooling is average.
  • The downside from all of this is that i hear/read a lot of negative stories about leakages and CM only gives 2 years or warranty on there systems. I really can't find any convinced reviews that people should really buy this AIO solution

2. NZXT Kraken X63

  • I see a lot of good things floating around on the net about the X62.
  • I just really like the way how the Kraken looks! 🤩
  • The X63 has the new 7th gen Asetek. (which time will tell if its really better over longer time) But due to the newer pump gen this could be a benefit compared to the H115i RGB Platinum
  • 6 Years of warranty, so the must be pretty convinced about there self.
  • The downside is that it doesn't work with "ASUS Aura Sync" and you have to use the, according to others, the not so great NZXT Cam Software. Plus besides that, it's an extra program to control the RGB.
  • I am also reading some stories that the fans on the X62 (X63 have the same fans) are a bit louder than the once on the H115i RGB Platinum

3. Corsair H115i RGB Platinum

  • Also for this goes i see a lot of good things going around the net about it. Even tho it's sometimes a bit difficult to know if they are talking about the "RGB Platinum", the "RGB PRO" or the "RGB PRO XT"
  • From what i have read is that the H115i RGB Platinum will work with "ASUS Aura Sync", or at least "ASUS Aura Sync" will work in "iCue" from Corsair. Which still means only 1 program for RGB control.
  • The fans of the H115i are a bit less noisy than the NZXT fans.
  • The "downside" is that a lot of people are telling that the CoolIT pump is beter then the Asetek pump. But is this still the case since Asetek is now at there 7th gen since 3/4 months and the CoolIT pump hasn't had an upgrade for a while now.
  • Corsair gives 5 years of warranty, so must be okay as well, but NZXT is giving 6.

So i think I've mentioned all of my doubts that's keeping me awake for a couple of days now. I hope you could help me out to make the best choice without regretting over time :)

Ohh 1 last thing what is your opinion about using Liquid metal with an AIO solution? Is it worth it? Reading mixed stories about this also. Things like, yeayy lower temps is good.... But nohhh, it dries out over time and eats into the copper etc.

Thank all in advance!
