ComboFix vs. Malwarebytes Chameleon?

Don't they serve pretty much the same purpose?

Malwarebytes Chameleon just helps you get Malwarebytes installed when your malicious programs are blocking the normal malwarebytes setup. Combofix imo is a more aggressive program as it is very sensitive and can remove important files like antiviruses and other stuff. But they both serve the same purpose, to remove malware.

I've only used ComboFix in the past... It worked quite well the times i had to use it.
