I'm upgrading from my i3 Alienware Alpha to my first custom built PC. I've done a solid amount of research, though I'd like to run my build by you guys here to see what everyone thinks.

The storage listed here will act as my boot and browser drive, I have a 2TB SSHD I'll be recycling into this build. Same with monitor and peripherals, hence why they aren't included.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

Motherboard: ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3600

Storage: Inland Professional 120GB SSD

GPU: RTX 2060 6GB KO ULTRA GAMING

Power Supply: EVGA 600W BQ 80+ Bronze

Case: Deepcool MATREXX 55 ADD-RGB 3F

This all puts me a little under $900, and I'd prefer not to skyrocket above that mark. What do you all think, and are there any potential changes?

I'd reccomend you get the 3600, same as the 3600x but cheaper. Maybe get an aftermarket cooler too.

I'd also suggest a different model of 2060, the KO has a pretty bad cooler, or maybe get a RX 5700.

I'd also suggest getting a 240/256GB ssd as they aren;t much more and double the capacity.

Probably a stupid question because I frankly don't know the answer, but what's the capacity difference if I'm using the SSD for pretty much just booting windows and internet browsing?

you'll appreciate the speed difference for games too. I'd rather spend 10-20$ more and have half or even 1/4 the loading time on a couple of my favorite games. A SSHD will have the same slow loading times as a HDD, ngl a SSHD is no different. the amount of flash they contain (8GB) is basically useless.

I'm not bothered by any of my games loading times as is. As said, the small SSD would just be to boot windows and use internet browsers and such, no games stored on it. I may have misinterpreted what you said and it gone completely over my head, though in my mind the SSD size shouldn't matter since it's so little I'll be putting on it.
