Posted April 12, 2020 I built my PC 2 years ago in August 2018, it was working fine up until recently. In the last few months my PC has been having lots of different problems/issues. Such as FPS drops in games such as Rainbow 6, PC booting up slow (i tried using my M.2, SSD, and my HDD and the issue was on all 3 of the drives) my mouse right click isn’t working properly either, it works sometimes and doesn’t other times (Its a Razer DeathAdder Elite which i bought 2 months ago), PC running slow just in general, like windows itself. And now finally my PC wont get in to windows at all. It either gets stuck on the “Asus in search of incredible” screen with the loading thing below or at a black screen after this. IK for a fact that it has nothing to do with the software as I JUST reset my PC last week(completely formatted every single drive). I can still get into my BIOS so I tried setting everything back to default hoping that would fix it and nothing happened. So I’ve come to a conclusion that something is either wrong with my CPU, my Motherboard, or my RAM. I am not quite sure which one though. I am currently low on money and dont have much to spend, however i really need my PC rn, as i dont just play games on it I also have work to do. So I really need some advice on which component i should swap out. I think this is all happening cuz of my motherboard but thats just a guess. Does anyone know what would be causing this? I know its not any of drives, as my Corsair M.2 is new (bought it like a month ago) which is my boot drive. Also can’t be my power supply as it is 600w which is plenty for my setup. Posted April 12, 2020 Sounds like you need reinstall windows. Plug just boot drive and install windows on that drive. After windows boots back up, plug your other drive back in. Magical Pineapples
