Really need some peoples advice. I currently have a pre built powerspec pc from microcenter and wanting to upgrade the MB and cpu to a AMD 3700x and GIGABYTE X570 UD Motherboard but worried it won't fit in my case or I won't have enough cooling for it. I don't know my case since it's a pre built powerspec but I do have some specs that might help and a link to it online. Also the case itself has 3 working fans.
powerspec g223
Current specs
Gtx1060
I5 8400
16 gigs of ram 2666
Msi b360 pro motherboard
600 watt power supply.

Also would like to know if I did upgrade my MB and cpu to the one's listed above I wont have no issues with my current ram or gpu since I cant upgrade everything at once but definitely going to get a RTX 2070 Super and 3200 ram in the future once I have the money.

It looks like the motherboard may fit, but mind the standoffs and screws, where the placement may be different. I just recommend buying a new case.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

Seeing as there's 7 expansion slots on the back of the case, I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume that it's a typical ATX size.

As far as ram compatibility goes I think you'd be fine since by the time of 3rd gen Ryzen I think AMD sorted out all the compatibility issues 1st gen had. I'd still recommend eventually upgrading to 3200 speed (at the minimum, with CAS latency no higher than 16), that said though, that's something that isn't essential, but could result in a small amount of fps gains.

This looks like your case -> https://www.microcenter.com/product/496741/powerspec-pcd-02-atx-mid-tower-computer-case---black

Take a look if it matches then you will know exactly what can fit.

Yes thats the case. WOW I tried looking on the microcenter website but I guess I just over looked it.

I found it via images believe it or not.  I just did a google search for PowerSpec G223 pc case and then saw the case as an image.  Clicked on the image link and it took me to that case on Microcenters site.   Just lucky I guess

I can probably buy everything for a new PC besides a new GPU. Might go that route and throw in my GTX 1060 for the time being but I am not sure if it would bottleneck it?

I definitely want to go AMD this time around especially since I want to stream games also and it seems the 3700x would be perfect for me. What mother board would you guys recommend to pair with the 3700x and would it be better to get 3600 ram vs 3200 ram not sure which one would be best. Been watching a lot of youtube on builds and stuff but if 3600 ram gets better FPS I am all for it lol.

Note Ive only been a pc gamer for about a year and a half and bought a pre built so I am big NOOB when it comes to parts and stuff but definitely want to build or upgrade my current pc so I can stream
