your psu is not that good, upgrading it to txm550w or cx550w (from corsair) could fix the stutters etc. still rx 5700 is a lot better than rx 480.

Vega 64 is a bit worse than 5600 xt or 5700 xt. Vega 64 is also 3 years old, and you will probably have to buy a used or refurbished card.

okay but then i would say it is between the 5700 xt or a vega 64 LQ so if everyone could let me know as i have someone willing to sell their Vega 64 LQ for 300 euro and the 5700 XT would be 478

that vega lq 64 will be nice if it works. get the vega 64 and make sure ti works. With that get better psu. Antec neo eco gold or corsair txm 650w will do nicely

I'd look for a better deal on the 5700 XT. You can find cheaper ones on amazon or Ebay, both new and used. If you can't find one close to the 5700 XT, go for the Vega 64. one other thing to take into account though: Do you want to deal with water cooling? If you aren't careful it can be a complete pain. A leak could mean destroying most of your system.

the wattage is not a problem, your system will consume under 400w anyway (under 500w with vega). ther problem is overall quality.

txm is much better than that VS. the VS is not as garbage as people think but it is still bad. TXM is much better. txm is semi modular.

TXM has already the cables you need installed and if you need mroe cables you can just plug them in.
