PC keeps crashing

Specs:

M.2 SSD Samsung

Mini itx b450 mobo

Msi rtx 1660

Sfx 600w psu

Corsair rgb ram 2x8gb 3200mhz

R7 2700x

120mm aio cooler.

 

My recently built pc keeps crashing in games and freezes in the desktop very often and I dint know why. Gpu drivers are up to date and all the other drivers too from what I know. Xmp enabled

We'll fix that later, I advice you to do one of these things.

 

Turn XMP off and see if it is any better or look at the SPD information and see if there are any timings from XMP that is not enabled.
