Booting issues

ram x4 vengeance rbg pro ddr4 8gb 3000mhz

I got a new motherboard today and when I got everything hooked up and started to post the yellow light comes on all fans on and rbg on all 4 ram cards. So I took out my ram cards except one in the second slot and then posted. I adjusted the dram voltage up some and continued the boot (xmp profile and auto does the same thing for the issues I’m having). When I got to the windows home page I updated drivers and everything then and then I shut down the pc and added the other ram sticks again. No boot back up. So I took out 2 ram cards and just ran 2 of them in the 2nd and 4th slot and then I got a boot. So back at the windows page I did the same thing. Shut down the pc with the Windows option and added another ram stick and got a boot again and then I did the same thing for the final stick. If I didn’t do them one at a time it would just have the yellow light and get no post. Once I got in all 4 ram I played a few games to make sure it was running good. And all my ram is showing up so I know the slots are working. So then to make sure it boots back I did a shutdown then turned it back on with the case perfectly fine. Then I did a final shut down on the pc and flipped the psu switch gave it a few minutes and turned it back on and no boot. (I have done it another time and unplugged the system completely to let it drain as well) I had to take out all ram cards except one and it booted Into safe mode resetting everything I did before. So I did the same thing I did before with adding the ram sticks by shutting down between each ram stick I add. I just don’t know if there’s a bios setting that’s messing things up or what but I’m just going to shut my pc down (not turning off the psu) until I know what to do because it’s a huge hassle to redo all the ram every time I turn it off completely. If anyone knows anything please help.
