Hi guys

So I have had this r9 390 nitro since 2016. In the summer of 2018, after I moved houses, my pc would boot up but then I would get no display.

The card works fine without any drivers but as soon as I install a drive, the display blacks out although the pc itself is working. I have a 550 watt power supply and my new CPU ( r5 2600) doesn't have on board graphics. Please help, I don't wanna spend money on a new card if this one can be restored

Crashing when hitting higher clocks instead of just artifacting, that means the GPU itself has problems, unlikely the GDDR5s.... Baking it is the only way I can think of that might help, it's too old to be worth a treatment on a soldering station (i.e. to resolder the package onto the card)
