Hi. So recently I upgraded my gpu to a Sapphire Pulse RX5700 to play wicther 3 on 4k tv. I downloaded GPUz to see some temps and realized my gpu is hot. It was barley using half its vram and it hit 88 celsius. I am running on 20.4.1. I have 2 intake fans and 2 outtake in a cougar mx-330 g case. Could this be a defective cooler? Thanks for your help. Note: I have it set to silent bios.

You’ve got it on the silent bios, it’s gonna get hot. It’s either hot or noisy. I have the 5700xt sapphire pulse and with a custom fan curve it’s not bad at all temp or noise wise.

Play with the fan curve if the temps worry you.

is this ok? I just noticed 800c junction temp

Lol it’s definitely not 800c. That’s the highest glitch temp I’ve seen yet.
Adjust the curve til your happy with the temp and noise levels.
