sort files windows 10 File sorting Problem in Windows 10

Hey I have got a problem with my action cam. It got power out and reset the settings a couple of times(maybe by shaking while I drive ). It took 3 mins of footage instead of a long one and the title is also messed up. Is there any way to get the correct order. I really need to marge them by the correct order( This is what I use: Adobe Premier PRO). Note: The time was also reset. It should be 2019. Please help me out.

But the date was reset too. Also it happened couple of times. I mean each time it reset it went 1/1/ 2016 at 6:06 am. Now if it reset three times then I am getting 3 files at that time and date. And there are too many of them. In total I have 97 video footages. So you know it is really hard to correct that way one by one. Thank you very much for your reply. Do you have any more idea?

then i think the only way will be to go through and manually stitch them into one huge file :((

The files names should already be in the correct order.

They are numbered.
