Not usually. Some fans do.

 

If nothing else, there's multi-packs of Noctua splitters that work great on Amazon for cheap and fast delivery.

 

There's other brands, too. Just make sure you know how much power each fan header can handle, and pay attention to how much power each fan you have is going to draw, and don't get splitters that will put too many fans onto a single header.

Mobo had 1+5 fan headers. Case comes with 3 fans. You don't need splitters if those are only fans in your system (CPU coolers one fan included).

 

Some cases have fan hubs. Some coolers and premium fans come with splitters. If cooler comes with 2 fans, it has splitter included. Whats your full question here?
