If I installed warzone and I buy MW campaign and multiplayer do I still have to install MW

Nope you probably won't have to. If your initial install package was around something like 150GBs then you probably downloaded it along with WZ.

I believe you’d have to install MW even if you installed Warzone (probably as a product confirmation) but since there’s a lot already there, the download would almost certainly be considerably smaller.

I just bought modern warfare and I had to download the entire game. I downloaded warzone before that yet I still had to download the whole game (@89gb!).
