Windows Blue Screen Error in certain games.

I recently starting having Blue Screen errors that keep in repeating after 2-3 hours of gaming specifically in Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

Its mostly this *PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA*  caused by  *ntoskrnl.exe+1c2380* address        or       *KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED*     *tcpip.sys+6ade5* addess   

Before I started having these crashes I was trying to Over-Clock my Ryzen 1700 via Ryzen Master but I reverted back to stock settings but still crashes occour. Only OC is have is a 2933mhz RAM OC that has been running alright for past several months. I dont have any other OC on my PC. I have attached dump files from my last 2 crashes. 

I can upload System info file, If someone requires that.  It would be very helpful is someone can help me out.
