COD MW Related - Graphical Issues and Artifacts

So, is anyone else experiencing this graphical glitches in COD MW?

Everything is set to Low

I'm not running an OC, this has been on a constant rollercoaster for a while now, it sorta comes and goes if I reinstall the NVIDIA drivers and then maybe restart my PC, it's been giving me a headache as Heeccc..

My PC Specs:

i9 9900k

RTX 2080 Super

16GB 3200MHz RAM

Please help me.

This DOES not happen in ANY other game except COD MW.

Overwatch runs fine, Heaven Benchmark runs flawless, 3DMark runs amazing, MSI Benchmarking tools run fine, the card is BRAND new (6 days old), CS GO runs amazing, Deliver Us The Moon RTX ON runs for me at 80-90fps flawlessly with everything cranked up, Quake Champions on ULTRA runs amazing at 150fps, DOOM Eternal at 100fps on Ultra nightmare doesn't have these graphical glitches, GTA V Modded with ENB cannot look any better at 80fps, Red Dead Redemption 2 looks good without graphical glitches.

Everything runs amazing, except COD MW.

And only COD MW does these issues, those smudged graphics, Menu UI Glitches and black ground.

I mean, this can't be my new RTX 2080 Super, any other game works flawless but just COD MW does the issues here, I dont get it, cuz if I RMA it (which I can't right now since Corona and lockdown stuff), they'll return it back to me stating everything's fine cuz even 3DMark benchmarks work good.

What do I do..?
