Corsair AIR-540 build *need suggestions and some help*!

ziggyman77

Firstly, I've gotten this build pretty well. It's running great and speedy. But i'm still unhappy with the pump/res combo i'm using and i need some better lighting and suggestions for mods. (just a bit of context)

Okay, so here it is my build with:

Case: Air-540 silver by corsair

MOBO: Asus m5a99FX pro R2.0

GFX: Asis GTX 660 Directcu2         (upgrading to GTX 780)

HDD: Generic hatachi 2tb

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB

CPU: AMD FX-8350 OC'd to 4.4 GHz

RADIATOR: XSPC EX240

PUMP: XSPC X20 750 Dual 5.25" Pump / Reservoir Combo

CPU BLOCK: XSPC Raystorm - AMD and Intel

Power supply: Thermaltake 600W TR2

And from the below pictures, send me things that will improve the looks of my system.

(also i need a new pump/res combo that isn't a bay device because as you see in the bottom right it's velcro'd in, look up my case for measurements in my other side of my case where it will be going.)

Okey dokey, now for some pics (Here is the gallery on dropbox if you prefer that: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/jf5gztxf55fbb3p/Asente-8Op)

I'm open to any suggestions, tips, tricks, wire managment and anything really.

I'm just trying to make this a REALLLY flashy system.

(also my coolant IS UV reactive so suggest me some UV lights!)

Watercool the GPU also and get a res that you can see in the case windows? Just to clean it up a bit and give it a better look.

I'd look into replacing that pump/res combo soon. That model is prone to leaking.

Feel free to message me if you want to chat!

It's not near anything that it'd harm i did that on purpose, if anything it's get my carpet turning blue :P (its on the bottom where as the hdd is raised, even if all the fluid came out it'd not get to the HDD and everything in the case is raised beyond the point of damage)

first of all, you can overclock the 8350 alot more than 4.4 ghz if youre willing to mess with the VCore a little, im gonna try for 5.0 ghz when i get my AIO

This is dependant what your ambient temp is, ofc.

also shouldnt this be in planning, instead of build logs
