Crashing from games like COD:MW and League of legneds. Somethimes bluescreens.

This is going to be long but I hope someone takes the time to read this all and hopefully got a solution that can help me. So I built a PC a year ago (First real build, built and took apart some old computer in HS) but was having trouble getting it to start up. But eventually, just by repluging the wires the wires back in the same spot, that's the first time I had trouble with this PC. It made me think that my parts are faulty, but I bought all my parts on Newegg and Amazon, new. Then I was experiencing bluescreens like every league of legends game or just my game freezing up. I didn't mind this at first since I was happy to have a decent pc working. I soon quit league and started playing Fortnite (this was a year ago when this was actually fun). I would occasully crash mid games too but it was every few games so I also didn't really mind. Just recently I started my Cod: MW and this really got to me because I get dev errors after every game and have to reset my pc to play another game or else I just can't launch the game again. I tried downloading the AMD software hoping to update the drivers or something for better performance but my monitor just keep losing connection ever 2 seconds, I tried like 8 different version of the software but all have the same results. Some even worst, giving me the static screen that you see on old TVs, the gray ones with scribbles. The only way for me to reverse this is by factory reseting the whole PC. and I lost how many time I reseted so far this year. I even tried doing an OS update cuz it might be that not compatable with the software or something(I have no idea what im doing). I think I only successfully downloaded the lastest verison once. but I reseted my pc many times after that so not sure if that would affect it but I don't think so. im sorry if this is hard to read, I been trying to type this out for 2 hours and keep getting distracted.

Try to run Memtest64, it’ll show if you have any errors on ram, start with that.

I just updated my bios using this website.

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-B450-PLUS/HelpDesk_Download/

Got this screen

But clicking f1 and save&quit fixed it. But now it feels like my computer is even worst now and isn't running as smoothly as before I downloaded that. I even tried to download the AMD software with the updated verision of the bios but still no luck. I get the same result with the monitor constantly losing connection ever 2 seconds
