Hello everyone, this is my first post to this forum. I am here to ask for some suggestions/feedback on my first PC build that I made in pcpartpicker, since it is my first time doing this. Here is some information regarding what I wanted:

Budget and Location

My total budget will be about $3000 USD, with about $2000-2500 going into the PC itself and the rest for peripherals.

Aim

This build will be used for gaming only. Games that will be played involve upcoming triple A titles (Such as Cyberpunk 2077), with a mix of medium to low demand games as well (Minecraft, Kerbal Space Program 2, etc.)

Monitors

I am planning to do 1440p 144hz gaming on a single monitor for now, with room for upgrades later on such as ultrawide 1440p or extra displays.

Peripherals

As stated, I will be buying a 1440p 144hz monitor on top of my build. I will also need a keyboard (either cherry red, blue, or brown, I'm not picky) and a good quality headset. Mouse is not required.

Why I am Upgrading

Simply because my current rig does not have the horsepower to handle games that I wish to play in the future. I should mention it is a gaming laptop too, which doesn't help much.

Here is the parts list I have chosen:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM Liquid AIO

Motherboard: ASRock X570 Taichi ATX AM4

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16gb DDR4-3600

Storage: Crucial P1 500gb M.2 NVME, Seagate Barracuda Compute 2TB 7200RPM

GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 2080 SUPER 8gb Gaming X Trio

Case: NZXT H510i

PSU: Corsair RM (2019) 750W 80+ Gold Fully Modular

OS: Windows 10 Home

Fans: Corsair ML140 Pro RGB 140mm x 2, Corsair LL120 RGB 120mm x 2

Monitor: LG 27GL850-B 2560x1440 144hz

Keyboard: Corsair K68 RGB

Headphones: Audio-Technica ATH-M50x

Thank you for taking the time to help me out. I really appreciate it.

Looks good! You could save some money by getting parts without rgb. But with such a big budget, it makes sense to spend more on aesthetics.

Money left over for peripherals.

You could consider dropping down to a 2070 Super or 5700XT and then upgrading later to a 3000 series or Navi when they release.
