PC stopped booting

To start my specs are i5 9600k w/ corsair H100i platinum cooler, ASUS ROG Strix Z390 mobo, 16gb of corsair vengeance in 2 8gb cards. GTX 980 and a corsair RM 750x PSU.

Yesterday I was spending my quaratine playing Escape from Tarkov and I was running into a few issues that are most likely related as they happened within a few hours from each other and these are the first issues I've had with this rig.

First issue was when I was playing my video connection going to the monitor stopped working. So at first I figured maybe my video cable needed to be replaced or my monitor is dying. (I've had the same monitor for 8 years i think). I disconnected and reconnected the cables to the PC and to the monitor then restarted the PC and that issue was fixed.

Next problem that happened was a full system shut down and restart. I was mid game and my PC just restarted itself on its own. It shut off and cut right back on immediately. Right before it shut down I had noticed that my fans were all going crazy. After it restarted had no more issues for a couple hours after.

Finally my PC just went black on me like the previous time however when it started to reboot again, my mouse, keyboard nor monitor lit up like it normally does when the PC boots. So now when I press my power button, it just turns on but nothing else happens, no boot screen no signals to peripherals, nothing at all besides the fans in the case. I dont know exactly what this issue is but I'd love to hear yalls feedback.

Edit: cleared CMOS and peripherals light up but still no boot
