Next GPU's

How far away are we from the next Nvidia line up of GPU's?

I currently still own a 900 saeries card and im planning on upgrading but skipping the 1000 series and if possible the 2000 series if we are close enough to what ever comes after the RTX series

Just like every other time this is asked, no one knows for sure. Google Nvidia RTX 3000 and read the speculation/rumors. Given the current state of affairs it's likely delays will be seen.

As for upgrade, if you need more performance right now, then upgrade right now. If you don't, then don't. There will ALWAYS be the new thing around the corner.

I was aiming for the upgrade to be a bday present and the upgrade isnt needed right at this second but it is one of those "yeah i should DEFINITELY get an upgrade"
