I have exactly $125 it can't go over at all. (Long story short it is a gift from work can I can't pitch in my own money)

I was thinking an HDMI capture device might be a good fit with that money. I have looked around online and it appears to have a lot of options.

I would like a good multipurpose device, I may do the occasional game stream, I might plug a camera up to it, or I may use it as kind of a monitor pass through, so I don't need to unplug on of my main computer monitors to plugin a computer I am working on. This would require support of many lower resolutions. Like if I have a computer in the BIOS.  Anyone have some recommendations?

Apart from the resolution and refresh rate I don't really know what I should be looking for in a in a capture card. I see some for $50-60 to $300. I am also not dead set on spending this on a capture card If you think $125 is to low I won't bother I can buy it myself and spend the 125 on something else.

Oh I should add I probably would prefer USB interface just to make easier to move between computers and if I ever need it on a laptop or something.

USA, US Dollar

Thanks
