Reds are bad for typing in my experience. I have them and double type letters all the time. Takes more precision. I believe browns are like blue's without the noise and you can also o-ring.

Have you taken a look towards browns? Red's are a bit weird to type with. They have almost a membrane feel to them. I have a cherry mx blue and a cherry mx brown keyboard.

However, if you are sold on cherry mx red's I would take a look at this beauty. I would get this keyboard if it wasn't for the switch but you may like the reds. It is a ducky shine 2 with white keycaps black frame and orange led pretty damn sexy and a limited edition keyboard which means it will be a hard to find keyboard soon.

I gotcha yea then I would go with the Ducky keyboard personally. Ducky keyboards are built very very well they have a bit of heft to them. You may want to take a look here they probably have a larger selection then you are accustomed to seeing in a retail store.

You could also go with a Cooler Master Keyboard if you wanted something a little less expensive.
