Which device for streaming?

Hey! I'm thinking about streaming and I'm wondering which device I should use. So my plan is to use my ps4 for gaming and an Elgato capture card to capture the gameplay. But the thing is I don't know if I should use my desktop (Asus rog gr6 with i5-5200U, 8gb DDR3, GTX 960M) or my laptop (i7-8565U, 8gb DDR4, Intel UHD graphics 620)? The computer would run obs with a web cam and a mic connected. What would you recommend?

It's an Asus rog gr6 so a compact pc.

Streaming is more dependant on your CPU power rather than GPU so the i7 based system would do better.

Either will work, but laptop has more power.
