Find My Mobile not unlocking my device

Hey all, just wondering why my Galaxy S7 isn't being unlocked by Find My Mobile. I have logged in, found the device, and clicked the unlock button. It asks me for my password again, which I type in. It then brings up a spinning circle that spins forever (I've let it sit for hours).

 

The S7 is turned on and has a WiFi connection. I've tried using the Find My Mobile page on two different laptops, both of them do the same thing. This has worked for me in the past (a few months ago). Any idea why it wouldn't work?

Just to be clear - are we talking about Samsung's own Find my Mobile tool and not the Google/Android provided?

Yes, Samsung's own app that provides the unlocking feature to remove the pattern/PIN/password from a Samsung phone.

 

Edit: I suppose it isn't really an app but a service
