So my friend and I like to play PUBG and use discord to talk to each other, and the other day he said that my mic was producing a lot of static, and sometimes just pure white noise. I tried using a different microphone, different cable, front port and back port, but nothing is working. My headphones work fine. When I try the "test your input" in discord all I hear is white noise and consistent beeps about 2 seconds apart. I do not have a sound card other than what is on my board.

Yeah. It says Front Panel 3.5 mm Jack

Try the mic in a different computer, see if it works.

If it does, either your drivers are screwed up or the onboard audio is fried.
