Need help choosing a proper cable.

Monitor ASUS VG248 144hz max res 1920x1080
GPU MSI RTX 2070 SUPER VENTUS

Right so i got a new pc and the gpu doesnt have a DVI port that im used to and my hdmi cable that i found supports 60hz and that aint cutting it for me because im pulling over 140+fps on all games pretty much that i play.
So im looking for a decent hdmi/displayport cable that will support 1920x1080 with 144hz or possibly up to 2k 144hz.

EDIT: ive found some cables and one of them states in the desc "4K@120Hz" does that mean its capable of 144hz on 1920x1080?
