Pc will not post

My pc which is old custom pc has a ASUS M4A7BT-E and AMD phantom 2 and sapphire HD 7850 it will not post ever now and then 1 100 times you power it on it will post got new ram because I had the 3 beeps but now just no post I take out the ram no beeps it has post 2 out of the 20 or more times I have tryed I have given up on it a lot I have no money $30 or so have no job so if I can fix it it will hafts to be on the cheep side later when I can get money I can get better parts but for now I will haft to see what ideas do y’all have
