Cannot format 200GB SD Card

Hey guys I have this SanDisk 200GB Micro SD Card which I would like to use on my phone but it seems to be broken, the normal windows formatting tool does not work with it and if I check off quick format it was there for 5 hours just to tell me it cannot format it lol ,anyways I tried some other applications they cant format it either so I am asking you guys for some help, I did try to do an RMA with sandisk but their page is bugged so I literally cant, the only part that maybe affecting it is that I am using some cheap micro SD to usb but even my phone cant format the sd card, I am gonna put some pictures maybe you guys can help me figure it out thanks!

I'd try quick format with Rufus, it's the only tool that has worked every time for me

Are u sure thats a legit Sandisk card?

 

The font kind of looks dodgy to me.

AMAZON and EBAY are known for selling knock off cards cheap, There are plenty of videos on this on Youtube.

my dad bought it probably off amazon and yes more and more I think its a fake tho It did have 200gb

They load it with fake software that makes it think its 200GB but proberbly something more like 40GB.

 

each time u hit the 40gb barrier or whatever it will write over and corrupt existing data.
