Hello guys!

Basicly I need an UPS that can hold both my PC and my Monitor, not for hours, not for many minutes, it need to hold maximum 10 minutes before I shut the computer down.

My house has some problems managing the power consuption and some power outages might ocur sometimes.

I dont have many options, and I dont really know much about this kind of devices.

MY PSU: 650W

MY SCREEN: Benq XL2411Z - Consumes 22W - 36W

I have found the following devices:

SALICRU SPS SOHO+ 1200 VA (HAS DISPLAY) - FOR: 141,9€

https://www.salicru.com/en/sps-soho-eng.html

APC BACK-UPS 1400VA (DOES NOT HAVE DISPLAY) FOR: 171.9€

https://www.apc.com/shop/uk/en/products/APC-BACK-UPS-1400VA-230V-AVR-Schuko-Sockets/P-BX1400U-GR

For my knowledge and for what I need it, I think the first option is more than enough.

Could you please provide some precisopus help here?

THANKS ALOT!

If all you need in a UPS is to give you some time to quickly save files and safely shut down your computer during a power outage, then you don't need anything very expensive. APC and CyberPower make affordable units just for this. Keep in mind that you don't need a UPS that is going to power your computer when its PSU is under full load (I hope).

For an unstable power grid, you should look into UPS units with sine wave output in battery mode as this will provide a "cleaner" output for sensitive devices.
