BSOD/ Random screen freeze

BSOD showing STOP CODE: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT and KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

Built a new PC with these configs:

Ryzen 7 3700x

32gigs gskill trident ram

2080 super Aorus

750w aorus PSU

 

it hasnt even been a month since setting up this PC, im seeing the BSOD, happened thrice till now,

have currently run these below procedures but still no use

1. Updated all drivers

2. ran the memory diagnostic tool(mdsched.exe)

3. ran the system file checker(sfc /scannow)

I saw a BSOD one time while watching a movie on vlc (the only things running in background was chrome)

NOTE: when system starts these are the apps that auto run, let me know if someof these apps are causing the issue.

1. Aorus Engine

2. cForSpeed

3. RGB Fusion

4. Steam.

any suggestion would help a lot
