ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 256gb SSD

So I bought a 256GB ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO on January because it's apparently a good quality SSD and now it's April the health of my SSD went down to 96%. It pretty much goes down 1% each month. Is this normal for M.2 SSDs? My previous 2.5" SSDs were 2 years old and did not go down below 98% health.

Not really, but it depends on many factors. You can check the SMART data to get an idea. Usually health is tied to amount of writes and this is not a huge factor as drives greatly underestimate their actual endurance.

It's only my OS that is in the SSD nothing else. The temps are also at 40-45 at idle/browsing web. Is that normal?
