So i recently got a 3900x and a strix x570 e mobo and corsair vengernce pro rgb ram, at 3200Mhz, But heres where the weird part comes up one it defaulted to 2133 which i said oh just enable xmp well dohp and ill be good so i did, it comes up with 8d or 22 error code on the q code, but heres the weird part, i cannot get it to go to 3200 immidently i have to one go to manual and bump up one clock speed at a time and restart every time till 3200 even with 1.35v on the dram. is this normal or no? shouldnt the xmp not have problems with that?

No, it's not normal. Either a motherboard or RAM problem.

You can check which one by running memtest.

You should run it at 3200MHz. The best way to rule out either would be to plug the sticks on another mobo if you have one.

@Nocte so its a faulty or doa ram stick that causing instability, so  i took all my ram out and put in one stick at a time booted on the xmp to see if itll read it then i did that for all of them, one failed. Then i put in two in the slots i knew was good from testing then pluged the 3rd into the remaining 2 slots in ordeer and all passed so i got unlucky i guess
