We will need a bit more info then this:

- How are you connected? PC via a patch cable to router/modem or is there more in between? Like a switch or wall jack to patch rack and then to router?

- How are the other devices connected? are they only via Wifi or also wired? What are those other devices?

- What OS is your computer running? what network card (onboard or PCIE?) brand do you have?

- If you loose connection, does the network symbol on your taskbar show something like a yellow exclamation mark?

Okay, so looking at the symbol it would seem like there is a network connection but no internet. Or no network connection. :S I hate the changes they made to that. Used to be no internet would show up as a little computer with and yellow exclamation mark. Now this crap :D

Anyway, when that happens and you click it does it say no internet on X connection or no connection with any adapter?

no no i deleted the vpn my connection is not secured by this vpn

How did you "delete the vpn"? Because it seems like your computer is still trying to use the CyberGhost VPN to connect to the internet.

So you probably didn't uninstall it properly or some VPN setting has remained that prevents you from getting online.
