PC for 144hz 1080p.

Hey guys!

I am planning on building a new PC from start to play games at 1080p/144hz. 

My planned budget is around €1000 but should I be expecting to pay more if I want this PC to last a few years?

I would be streaming with this PC too from time to time.

I live in Ireland but most likely will be ordering most parts from the UK.

I already have windows, just need help on hardware.

Do you guys think these specs would last a long time or will I have to upgrade in about a year or two?

As in is it worth investing more into the pc so it can last longer or would it be better to upgrade in the future?
