If you have a RAID 0 array, if ANY drive fails, the data is lost. So, if you have a drive in that system which used to be part of that array, the drive is filled with "junk data". It will need to be wiped to be used. 

It looks like you want to use it alone (not in a new array). What the motherboard needs you to do is change the SATA port to use "AHCI" mode instead of "RAID" mode so it can interface with it like a normal drive. If it tries to use RAID mode still,  it will fail since the array has been corrupted due to the loss of your other drives.

Yeah, but it seems you still have RAID configured in the BIOS. You will likely want to go into the RAID management and delete the array. 

Also once you setup the BIOS you can use the "boot override" (most BIOSes will have an option similar to this) to boot to your OS, and there you can reformat the drive
