it looks like a krc95 from an optiplex 7010. i would just get a different case and mobo, but thats your call.

I have a optiplex 9010 is the mobo thr same?

well unless your using a volt meter, or an oscilloscope, and know what to check, your likely not going to see the damage.

tl:dr, if you yanked it hard enough to break the clip, and now the slot doesn't work, if you didn't break any pins, i would expect to see copper pad damage under the port. not fixable.

the 9010 had a few different motherboards. but if the cpu slot and ram type are the same, it should be fine.

Would i be able to use a GPU riser and mount it vertically?

from what i can tell, your case wont support that, and if you mean to use the bottom pcie slot, i could be mistaken, i'm not too familiar with these boards, but i believe its only x4. if that's accurate, its not going to run well in that slot, but i could be wrong. hopefully someone a bit more knowledgeable can confirm or deny that.
