DP problem - will a adapter work?

Hey guys,

 

I just bought a new ultra wide monitor(predator x34p) that supports 3440x1440 at 100hz(120hz overclock) and ran into an issue and would love some help :)

 

Im connecting it to my laptop(dell g3 without a usb c port - 1050ti) that has an hdmi 2.0a port, but turns out that the monitor i bought has hdmi 1.4 that doesn't support 100hz at 3440x1440.

 

My Question:

Is their an adapter from hdmi 2.0a to displayport so i can get 3440x1440 at 100hz?

Would love some help finding one if you guys know of any :)
