Hi is i had some issues with logitech g hub not detecting my mouse. so i was reccomed to install a older version of the program which works fine. But now my dpi has been lowered a lot which i don't like. So I went into the older version of the software and it is telling me to launch g hub whenever i try to use the software making the software unusable. So I click launch g hub and my mouse is not detected there. Then I try to uninstall g hub cause i thought it would prevent that pop up. but I think that the uninstall failed or something like that because the older software is still telling me to launch g hub. The I try to reinstall g hub my redownloding the installer but when i open it  it tells me i already have g hub and to use that but I don't have g hub. because i uninstalled it. So what am i going to do now. I can't use the older verison of the software because it tells me to use the newer version of the software but I can not use the newer version of the software. Btw moderators I was going to put this in troubleshooting but i could not find it.

I have this same problem occasionally. G HUB is buggy as hell. If you want to reinstall it, you'll have to use a program like RevoUninstaller, which will completely remove all of the files.

I don't know why windows refuses to completely wipe all of the files, c'est la vie.

How am i supposed to uninstall g hub if i don't have the application anymore

I don't have the application anymore because i "uninstalled it" using the control panel.

Control panel doesn't remove some of the file mapping for G Hub. G Hub installer sees the mapping and refuses to install. Programs like RevoUninstaller remove all of the mapping.

It's weird I know, but it's worked for me in the past.

You can download Revo Uninstaller here: https://www.revouninstaller.com/products/revo-uninstaller-free/

Complete the setup wizard then it'll pull up a screen like the one attached.

Right click on Logitech G Hub from that menu, and click uninstall

The program should walk you through the rest

Edit: It will show you a few pages with file systems, only delete the ones that have lghub in the name.
