At that price all you can buy that's good is the rift s. Windows mixed reality headsets are an option but the rift s is worth the extra over them.

 

What specs does your pc have? Just to make sure you can even run vr.

@bomberblyat Best to not try now, Everybody is buying stuff as stores may shut off.

 

Oculus Go may be a good VR Headset but it only has a single controller

Alternatively, if you are planning to play Half Life: Alyx, then you can check out Valve's VR support list and then pick out the ones according to your budget and watch individual reviews about them and make a decision.

Rx 590

16gb ram

That should be good enough
