Posting multiple topics even due to no replies is not allowed.

You can bump your own topic though once every 24hrs.

So I posted two things this morning at around 2:00 AM and don't have any replies. Is there a specific time frame to wait before being allowed to post it at a better time in the day or am I stuck? I know this is a small issue but it doesn't hurt to know for the future.
