memory leak

ok i have 8 8gb of ram 2400 and works fine with destiny 2 game when ever i start my pc until i close the game and u know start browsing with google chrome and watch movies and others stuff . i look at the task manager and see i have like 65% memory usage . then i close them all , check the task manager and usage is like 60 % still and chrome still has like so much memory usage and ofc others programs i have been using  , then i open the destiny 2 and guess what?!!!! i have stutters and frame drops , sometimes goes to 4 FPS from 120 . ok how do i fix this ? i restart the PC and its fixed . so my question here is how to fix it without restarting ?????

Try quitting the game and any launchers/associated programs manually via task manager, as something may still be running in the background causing insane memory usage.
