Connection-Specific DNS Suffix: Fancy way to say "Domain". It's your domain. Which is sort of like a local website, but not really, but kinda.
Link-Local IPv6 Address: It's your IPv6 address for the link from your NIC to the router/modem.
You should know IPv4 address, Gateway, and Subnet Mask. If you don't, Gateway is your connection to another network, Subnet Mask is the subsection of IP addresses that can be assigned on your network (and where your address fits in), and the IPv4 addres is your address on the network.
I'm not sure on the tunnel adapter stuff. Though the DNS suffix means the same thing there.
