Fallout, but there are no pc ports that I know of and they are pretty old.

The Stalker series is pretty much verbatim to Metro/Fallout game-play. Fallout-ish open world game-play while in a post apocalyptic Russia. Plus it's super cheap and an easy game for PCs to run this day and age.

I'd take a serious look at the Fallout series, namely Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Great open world games set in a post-nuclear war America. I would also say check out the first two Fallout games, but they're top-down strategy games. Still great if you don't mind modding the originals.

There are also plenty of great mods like Stalker Complete or Misery.

 

I'm actually playing Shadow of Chernobyl at the moment, again.
