$600-700 Workstation/Gaming Tower

Hi friends

 

My friend is looking to get his first PC and I'm helping him build it. We're located in the US and his price range is $600-700 USD for just the tower. He plans on using the build primarily for Adobe programs--specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere--but he also wants the ability to game comfortably with us when the opportunity arises. He's gonna start off w/ a single 1080p monitor and we'd probably play CS, GTA, and other games as well during this quarantine.
