VPN challenge

Hi Guys.

 

I have a wish for policy based routing in my router. Because I use Internet for viewing television from 2 different countries. Let's assume that I live in country 1 and I also need to watch tv from Country 2. Both countries use geoblocking so a dedicated VPN doesn't cut it. My router supports OpenVpn, and I can connect to a VPN provider in country 2 permanently without problem, but that blocks Country 1! I know I need policy based routing but I'm not sure I can do it with my present router, https://www.turris.cz/en/omnia/

 

I would appreciate any suggestion, hardware and software that could help me solve this problem.
