first time planning to build gaming pc

games like shadow of tomb raider gta v, ac odyssey,etc. should stay future proof for atleast 3-4 years. pls suggest an optimised build. i intend to play at ultra settings

Please provide a budget, country where parts will be purchased and any details like if RGB is required or not.

You can go with an 2060 super but ray-tracing will push down the frames a good bit.
