My pc freezes

Hello

so i upgraded my pc with a new gpu,cpu and ram but now i can't use it because every time i launch windows in normal mode after a 1min it freezes i can't use nouse or keyboard and nothing happens, i changet everything back and it worked fine so is there a problem with the new hardware?

pc specs:

cpu-i5 9600kf

gpu- rtx2060

mob-z370 a pro

ram- ripjaw 32gb 8x4

psu-evega 500w 80+ white

ssd-samsung evo 850

cpu cooler-xilence m403pro

Is there any chance you could load to Windows 10 Installation media and run System File Checker tool?

Also, you might use hirens' boot to check the health of each piece of hardware.

What is the BIOS version? Have you upgraded it before or after the CPU replacement?

Have u done with ur problem sir? I have same problem, i dont upgrade my pc, what part pc for ur have troubleshoot?
