My brother wants me to jailbreak his ipod, if I do so using http://www.redmondpie.com/download-evasi0n-ios-7-7.0.4-jailbreak-for-iphone-5s-5c-5-ipad-ipod-touch-windows-mac/ will he lose his data?

If you don't mess it up, you won't lose anything. If you do, you'll have to restore, but make sure that you back up the iPod before you do anything.

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.
