AFAIK Raid 0 means splitting the data onto 2 or more drives to increase the performance, and according to my research,3 hdd speed are almost same as a ssd.Except for the hardware failure probability,is there any reason not to do this? Its cheaper, more space. Also if i use 1tb+1tb hdd will i have 1 or 2tb storage and does windows automatically assign the files into two hdd

Nope. Sequential speeds may be about the same as a SATA SSD, but for random reads and writes, your speeds drop to less than a third.

Did you take into account that you lose everything on ALL the drives in the RAID0, not just the broken drive, if a drive breaks? There's that, plus the above.

It's only faster in certain cases. In some cases it's even a lot slower than a single hdd. Raid 0 is a terrible idea in every way as even a simple unexpected power off from your pc can easily mess it up.

Losing the DATA isnt really a concern since ill be using it to game and not store important stuff too,can i run raid 0 and raid 1 tgt?

For a RAID10 or a RAID01, you need a minimum of 4 drives, but yes, you can.

will that help with the data loss thingy?

Sorta but not really. If a certain set of drives fail it will still take all the data with it. You also lose 50% capacity. At that point just get a normal ssd as the price of 4 drives will easily cover  a big ssd.
